THE SUPPORTERS’ CLUB OF THE QUEEN’S OWN RIFLES OF CANADA
WELCOME TO THE 1860 CLUB
Fellow Riflemen and Regimental Family,
The Queen’s Own Rifles of Canada are excited to welcome you to participate in our new Regimental initiative, the 1860 Club. The 1860 Club is named after the year the Regiment was founded, and represents over 160 years of sacrifice and service to Canada during times of conflict and peace.
The Regiment has grown significantly over the past 3 years, with over 320 Riflemen serving. Many of them have volunteered in support of Domestic Operations such as Operation Laser (the fight against COVID-19), or Expeditionary Operations such as Operation Impact in the Middle East.
During these challenging times, it has become clear that remaining connected with the Regimental family is extremely important. Maintaining our spirit, camaraderie, and family ties is significant to our own well-being and the overall health of the Regiment.
Membership in the 1860 Club will allow us all to connect with our Regimental family and friends to support the Regiment. We encourage you all to read the information enclosed and join us at the 1860club.ca website. This will help to build our foundation for the future.

What is the 1860 club?
The 1860 Club is the unifying organization for the Regimental family and friends of The Queen’s Own Rifles of Canada. It brings together the serving Regiment, Senate, Trust Fund, Museum, Association, Cadet Corps, and civilian supporters of the Regiment. Membership is complimentary, and open to serving and former members, as well as friends of the Regiment.
